SCHOOL SPORTS PHYSICALS
We offer economical school sports physicals.
Dr. Schufeldt is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician who can complete your school required sports physicals.
DOT PHYSICALS
Dr. Schufeldt can complete your DOT physical. Dr. Schufeldt is certified with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration and is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.
Please allow approximately 1 hour for your DOT Physical.
